What We Do

Complete Tooling, Handled by One Experienced Team

Four core services — from first drawing review to shipment — planned and controlled by the same tooling team that has been building molds for 25 years.

A Clear Path from Drawing to Shipment

Every project follows the same controlled steps. CNC machining is handled by long-term partners under our tooling team's process and quality control.

Drawing Review

Confirm scope, feasibility, missing info.

DFM Review

Parting, gate, ejection, cooling advice.

Mold Design

3D mold design + 2D drawings for approval.

Steel Preparation

Steel selection, cutting, pre-machining.

CNC / EDM

CNC via long-term partners; EDM in-house.

Fitting

In-house fitting of core, cavity and inserts.

Assembly

Slider, lifter, ejector, cooling assembled.

T1 Trial

Trial molding on 90T–200T, samples + video.

Inspection

Critical dims, CMM, appearance, assembly.

Packing & Ship

Wooden case, photos, documents to buyer.

Note on CNC: CNC machining is supported by long-term machining partners we have worked with for years, controlled by our own tooling team. We do not claim full in-house CNC — but every step is inspected before it moves to fitting and assembly.
Suitable Projects

Where This Workshop Fits

We are set up for small and medium tools, with careful process control and honest lead times. If your project is outside this window, we will say so before quoting instead of after shipping.

  • Single-shot injection molds
  • Small and medium production molds
  • Prototype and low-volume molds
  • Mold inserts, core & cavity parts, and spare parts
  • Mold repair and structural modification
  • Plastic parts for electronics, appliances, automotive non-safety, industrial components and medical device housings
Not a Fit

We Will Tell You Before You Send Drawings

Being honest about our capability boundary is part of the trust we owe overseas buyers. For the following, we would rather refer you than accept work we can't do well.

  • Molds over ~1 ton or larger than 500×700×550 mm
  • Large automotive bumper and exterior panel molds
  • Very high-cavity, high-speed thin-wall packaging molds (e.g. 64-cavity cap tools)
  • High-risk implantable or life-critical medical device molds
Quality & Documentation

Documented Process — Not a Verbal Promise

Every project ships with a paper trail. When you receive the mold, you receive the evidence that the process was controlled.

  • CMM inspection of critical dimensions
  • Material certificates for mold steel
  • Heat treatment and hardness reports
  • T1 trial report with sample photos
  • DFM review record kept with the tool
  • Final inspection and packing photos before shipment
