1. Scope
This policy applies to information you share with Baoming Plastics for quotation, DFM review, mold design, mold manufacturing, trial molding, inspection, repair, modification or other project communication.
2. Confidential Information
Confidential project information may include 2D drawings, 3D files, CAD data, samples, product photos, specifications, material requirements, tolerance requirements, surface finish requirements, assembly information, mold concepts, business plans and other non-public project details.
3. How We Use Project Information
We use project information only to evaluate manufacturability, prepare quotations, provide DFM feedback, plan mold construction, manufacture approved molds, run trials, perform inspection and communicate with you about the project.
4. No Unrelated Sharing
We do not sell, publish or intentionally disclose customer drawings, product concepts or mold information to unrelated third parties. We do not use customer product designs for marketing case studies unless the customer gives permission or the information is already public.
5. Necessary Supplier Support
Some projects may require limited support from long-term partners, such as CNC machining, heat treatment, polishing, texture, coating, logistics or testing. When this is necessary, we share only the information needed for that specific task.
6. Intellectual Property
The customer's product design, drawings, product concepts and related intellectual property remain the customer's property. Baoming Plastics does not claim ownership of customer product designs because they are submitted for quotation or manufacturing review.
7. NDA Available
If your company requires a non-disclosure agreement before detailed drawing review, please tell us before sending sensitive files. We can review and sign a reasonable NDA before deeper engineering discussion.
